Finnish Railways (VR) said Thursday that Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) ticket holders would no longer be allowed to board long-distance trains in the capital region without paying extra.
VR has allowed HSL ticket holders to travel on long-distance trains free of charge since Tuesday owing to a shortage of commuter trainsets.
VR said most of its commuter rolling stock had now been serviced.
